ARC is dedicated to the prevention of cat overpopulation!
Spay/Neuter is the number one defense against feline overpopulation. Unfortunately there are more litters born than there are homes. Overpopulation is the number one contributor to abandoned animals, feral cats, shelter overcrowding, and ultimately euthanasia. The first step in preventing overpopulation is simple...spay/neuter your family pets. Found a stray cat?
